    The CEO of a transportive wedding & events space obtained her second venue. We worked with her original venue to integrate operations at the new property during peak wedding season. As the mother of 2 under 3, our work gave her more space & flexibility in addition to clarity within her business.

  • Grant Execution & Creative Production →

    The founder received a USDA grant to realize his ‘seed to sauce’ concept. We distilled his vision into a rebrand, packaging, website, digital marketing & expanded product SKU strategy in collaboration with international artists. 

  • Operations & Product Launch →

    A women-owned cannabis startup with an art-forward marketing approach needed support diversifying their revenue. We specified potential verticals and launched Lady Jays while the CEO enjoyed her maternity leave.

  • Product Launch & Creative Production →

    This sexual wellness product was unlike anything else in the cannabis market. Working with the creators, we managed the designers & co-packers through compliance, secured distributors, and educated both sales teams & consumers to ensure success.

    Helping multiple cannabis brands create profitable products in a highly-saturated market, from inception to launch. Every new SKU was in direct alignment with the company’s corresponding growth strategy, but the common thread in each success was a captivating, tangible experience combined with guerrilla-style marketing & distribution.

    Wholesome, healthy snack bars constantly developing new SKUs for an audience so wide, our field marketing team was everywhere : marathons, grocery stores, dog parks, rock climbing gyms, music festivals, and even the Olympics. I led scheduling, training, execution, and wrap for all Oregon events.
